alla fornitura di <span data-teams=\"true\">prodotti a zero deforestazione<\/span> (EUDR) \u00e8 entrato in vigore il <strong>29 giugno 2023<\/strong>. L&#8217;obiettivo \u00e8 quello di fermare la deforestazione e il degrado forestale in tutto il mondo, consentendo la commercializzazione o l&#8217;esportazione nell&#8217;UE di determinate materie prime e prodotti solo se \u00e8 possibile dimostrare che non contribuiscono alla deforestazione.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-7252\"><ul>\n<li><strong>Obbligo di cautela<\/strong> (due diligence): le aziende devono garantire che i loro prodotti:\n<ul>\n<li>non provengano da aree che sono state disboscate dopo il <strong>31 dicembre 2020<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>siano stati prodotti in conformit\u00e0 con le leggi vigenti nel paese di produzione.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/li>\n<p> \t<\/p>\n<li><strong>Geolocalizzazione:<\/strong> per ogni consegna devono essere indicate le coordinate geografiche delle aree coltivate.<\/li>\n<p> \t<\/p>\n<li><strong>Dichiarazione di due diligence:<\/strong> prima dell&#8217;immissione sul mercato, \u00e8 necessario presentare una dichiarazione nel sistema informativo dell&#8217;UE.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-7253\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-7257\"><p>La Commissione europea ha ampliato il sistema <a href=\"https:\/\/eudr.webcloud.ec.europa.eu\/tracesnt\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TRACES (Trade Control and Expert System)<\/a> esistente per l&#8217;EUDR.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le aziende devono presentare la loro dichiarazione di due diligence in formato elettronico tramite TRACES (art. 33 EUDR).<\/li>\n<li>TRACES funge da piattaforma centrale per la trasmissione e la gestione dei dati EUDR.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;accesso avviene tramite il login UE.<\/li>\n<li>La dichiarazione deve essere presentata prima dell&#8217;immissione sul mercato o dell&#8217;esportazione dei prodotti in questione.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div
