Online-Training System check

Dear Participant,

We are pleased that you are interested in/registered for one of our online training courses.

You will need:

  • a stable internet connection
  • Headset or speaker and microphone.

In case of problems it often helps:

  • to change the browser
  • to check firewall settings

If you have any doubts, please coordinate with your internal IT department.

Generally, our trainings take place via Microsoft Teams. You can find instructions and technical information on the official Microsoft pages.

Some trainings take place via GoToWebinar. There are help pages for this as well, which explain everything.
