On October 18 and 19, there will be some changes in IMDS again:

• A new substance group will be available in Chemistry Manager (Regulation Wizard) for the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). The information will not be mandatory at first.
• The new contact type EUDR contact will be introduced.
• The existing search screen for “REACH contacts” will be renamed “Regulation contacts”.
• Confidential references to a substance that has been added to the GADSL or SVHC candidate list will be disclosed the night after they are flagged.
• To simplify navigation in the tree structure of an MDS, the following options will be introduced:
  • Expand tree to different levels
  • Expand tree according to tree search criteria

• To reduce the number of warnings for metals, the SC90 checks for verifying the minimum requirements regarding the substances and proportions contained will be updated depending on the classification of a material.
