Objective

You have in-depth knowledge of the practical application and implementation of material compliance requirements within companies.

You are able to accurately interpret regulatory obligations under relevant international regulations such as REACH, RoHS, POP, the End-of-Life Vehicles Directive, TSCA, and CP65, apply them to products and materials, and systematically evaluate supporting documentation.

You can review supplier declarations and technical documentation, prepare declarations and reports (e.g., CMRT, EMRT, AMRT), and coordinate internal and external communication processes.

In addition, you have a fundamental understanding of industry-specific characteristics, for example in fields such as automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or electronics, and can contextualize regulatory requirements.

You serve as a technical liaison between development, procurement, quality, and sustainability, and actively contribute to ensuring product compliance.
