You will understand the background and objectives of the REACH Regulation and learn which areas of your business are affected. You will know when restrictions on use and authorization requirements apply to substances. You will be able to use the IMDS to identify REACH-relevant pure substances and to review incoming and internal material safety data sheets, including with regard to REACH. You will understand the information obligations you have toward your customers and suppliers. You will know what options are available to you if you do not receive information from your suppliers and how to integrate REACH into your operational practices to meet legal requirements. Additionally, you will be aware of the changes resulting from Brexit.

Objective
