The company standard defines binding rules for implementing material compliance requirements within the company and the resulting obligations for suppliers. It forms the central interface between development, purchasing, quality, production, and the supply chain.

These enable you to map material data digitally so that it can be evaluated according to various legal and customer-specific requirements or forwarded to customers within the appropriate database system. Examples include the IMDS with its supplementary tools IMDS-a2, CDX, CAMDS, BOMcheck, Silicon Experts, and the SCIP database which was developed to meet the requirements of the European Waste Framework Directive (WFD).
Internal material compliance systems also ensure product information meets all necessary requirements. The aim is to create an efficient process, which provides added value in operational terms, and to continuously optimize the control of corporate and operational processes. Examples include SAP EHSM, iPoint IPCA, Siemens TeamCenter, PTC Windchill, and Assent Compliance Platform. We have in-depth knowledge of these and other systems and can efficiently manage them on your behalf.
We also have experience with many company-specific solutions, which are adapted to specially predefined parameters and requirement profiles. These include YMDS for Yamaha and GP Web for Panasonic.
There are many different options when it comes to reporting conflict minerals. The Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) Excel template CMRT can be used or equivalent modules if the data already exists in other data management systems. Examples of these modules include the CMD Manager in the Compliance Data Exchange (CDX), iPoint Conflict Minerals, and the Conflict Mineral Module by Assent.
