You are familiar with the general process of customer requests and the terms and definitions in IPOINT Compliance (iPCA). You will learn how to configure LCM and how to assign required privileges to users.
You will learn how to manage plants and projects. You know how to use the search criteria to limit the search to the expected scope. You understand the process and assigned status for customer requests received via IMDS and created internally using the iPCA. You develop knowledge of the impact of assigning / unassigning a customer request to a MDS and how to update the related recipient data. You understand the meaning of the due date indicator.
