California is also monitoring PFAS

Proposition 65

Do you supply your products to California and do these products contain PFAS? This group of substances is now being closely monitored worldwide. Some of the substances that belong to this group are already restricted or banned in some cases, and some countries are even planning to ban them completely. Among the countries where six types of PFAS (namely PFOA, PFOS, PFDA, PFHxS, PFNA and PFUnDA) are already listed as hazardous chemicals is California. Here, California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, also known as Proposition 65, regulates how to deal with these substances. The list of affected substances can be found here.
