Objective
You will know the background and objectives of the REACH regulation and learn which operational areas are affected. You will know when an application restriction and authorization requirement for substances applies. You will be able to use the IMDS to identify REACH-relevant basic substances and to check incoming and your own material data sheets with regard to REACH. You know the information obligations towards your customers and suppliers. You will know what courses of action you have if you do not receive information from your suppliers and how to incorporate the topic of REACH into your operational practice in order to meet the legal requirements.
